Delivery time is usually 14-30 days from receipt of payment including production.
The production of customized clothing depends on many different factors.

A separate shop specifically for women is being planned. There it is - give exclusively tailored blouses - similar shirt to work.

The hemdwerk label is fixed at the inner side of the buttontape at the bottom.
If you still wish that we should remove the label just let us know.

Basically, the button color will be chosen to match the chosen fabric
You can specify in the comments field of your order.

The order status can be:
- 'Open' = order received, payment expected
- 'In progress' = payment received, order in queue for production
- 'Order' = in production order
- 'Finished' = order produces finished goods awaiting pickup by logistics partner
- 'Delivered' = Order sent to customers
- 'Complete' = order delivered more than three months
- 'Canceled' order = no longer valid

Shrinking is normal for cotton fabrics. Generally shrinking will be 1-2% during the first washings.

Since our shirts are made individually to customer requirements, there is no right of rescission to measure clothing and therefore no refund.
Please contact in such a case our customer service to clarify whether there is a manufacturing error or a measure error.

Each gift coupon can be downloaded and printed. You can find the link to the pdf in your confirmation e-mail.

You will recieve a copy of your gift coupon by regular mail.
If you leave a a message at the end of the order we can print the message at your gift coupon.

Payment by invoice is available only in Germany.
